I was excited to see this beautiful young patient of mine in the office just 3 months out from lower face sculpting. I performed a deep neck lift along with a chin augmentation to refine her lower neck and remove fatty tissue without any incisions around the ears. She just has a small incision under her chin which is barely visible. She is thrilled with her results, and so are we!!
