What a wonderful post-op visit today from our awesome patient. She is an injector in the Atlanta area and underwent a rhinoplasty close to a year ago. We performed this in a closed fashion and her nose has healed beautifully. Her face is balanced and her nose looks very natural. We is thrilled, as are we!
Techniques used:
- Closed subperichondrial dissection
- Septoplasty for grafting purposes and to improve breathing
- Component dorsal hump takedown
- Bilateral lateral crural steal
- Bilateral lateral crural turn in flaps
- Columellar strut graft
- Bilateral medial notching and lateral high-low-high osteotomies
- Cartilage paste for dorsal camouflage
