29 year old male after open rhinoplasty for cosmetic and functional purposes. Some
times a very small changes is needed. Important to keep the nose looking masculine at
times based on the patients desires. Took down a small hump and re-organized and
refined the tip cartilages, in addition to helping him breathe better. He’s an avid tennis
player and function was very important to him.
