Another wonderful immediate on table result. This beautiful patient had a previous rhinoplasty with another surgeon, but wanted to improve on those results. We performed an open rhinoplasty in this revision case to achieve her results. Can’t wait to see how she looks over the next few weeks/months!
Techniques used:
- Open revision supraperichondrial dissection
- Septoplasty for grafting purposes and to improve breathing
- Component dorsal hump takedown
- Bilateral lateral crural strut grafts
- Bilateral medial notching and lateral high-low-high osteotomies
- Cartilage paste for dorsal camouflage
