Another wonderful immediate on table result. This beautiful patient wanted a more refined tip that fit her face better. In this case, we made her nose slightly bigger to define it better. We performed this in an open fashion using the below techniques. Can’t wait to see how she looks over the next few weeks/months!

- Open supraperichondrial dissection
- Septoplasty for grafting purposes and to improve breathing
- Component dorsal hump takedown
- Bilateral lateral crural strut grafts
- Bilateral medial crural steal
- Bilateral medial notching and lateral high-low-high osteotomies
- Cartilage paste for dorsal camouflage
