Immediate on table revision rhinoplasty results for this beautiful 32 year old female who wanted a more refined nose. This was a revision rhinoplasty. Her previous rhinoplasty had left her with an asymmetric tip with a saddle deformity (caved in portion above the tip of the nose). We improved her tip bulbosity and asymmetry, supported her nose, and repaired the saddle nose collapse, all the while improving her ability to breathe.

- Open supraperichondrial dissection
- Septoplasty for grafting purposes and to improve breathing
- Component minimal dorsal hump takedown
- Bilateral lateral crural steal
- Bilateral lateral crural strut grafts
- Bilateral spreader grafts
- Bilateral medial notching and lateral high-low-high osteotomies
- Cartilage paste for dorsal camouflage
