Immediate on table rhinoplasty results for this beautiful young woman who wanted a more refined nose. Her tip was droopy and she had a very small hump, along with a bulbous tip. We performed an open rhinoplasty to achieve her results. She is healing well at this point and will see her back in the office for cast removal shortly!
Techniques used:
- Open supraperichondrial dissection
- Septoplasty for grafting purposes and to improve breathing
- Component minimal dorsal hump takedown
- Bilateral lateral crural steal
- Bilateral lateral crural turn-in flaps
- Bilateral medial notching and lateral high-low-high osteotomies
- Cartilage paste for dorsal camouflage
