Patient 26
Patient Age:
Post Op: 6 Month
I was thrilled to see this beautiful young patient of mine in the office 6 months after a revision rhinoplasty! Her first rhinoplasty left her with a persistent bulbous tip and her side profile was still droopy. We performed a revision rhinoplasty to improved her tip bulbosity, support her tip, and improved her profile greatly.
Techniques used:
- Revision open subperichondrial dissection
- Septoplasty for grafting purposes and to improve breathing
- Component dorsal hump takedown
- Bilateral lateral crural strut grafts
- Cephalic dome sutures
- Bilateral low spreader grafts
- Bilateral medial notching and lateral high-low-high osteotomies
- Cartilage paste for dorsal camouflage
Wonderful results for this fantastic patient. She is thrilled with her results and happy she chose us for this part of her journey!
