Immediate on table results for this beautiful 45 year old woman who wanted a more refined nose. This is a revision rhinoplasty that needed some small tweaks. We improved her tip structure and collapsed cartilages, as well as her slightly droopy tip and supra tip fullness.

  • Bilateral lateral crural strut grafts
