- Septoplasty for grafting purposes and to improve breathing
- Component dorsal hump takedown
- Bilateral turn in flaps
- Bilateral lateral crural steal
- Bilateral medial notching and lateral high-low-high osteotomies
- Cartilage paste for dorsal camouflage
