Another wonderful immediate on table result. Here we performed an open rhinoplasty to refine her tip, remove her hump, and narrow the bridge of her nose.Can’t wait to see how she looks over the next few weeks/months!

- Open supraperichondrial dissection
- Septoplasty for grafting purposes and to improve breathing
- Component dorsal hump takedown
- Bilateral lateral crural strut grafts
- Bilateral lateral crural steal
- Bilateral medial notching and lateral high-low-high osteotomies
- Cartilage paste for dorsal camouflage
