I was thrilled to see this beautiful closed rhinoplasty and deep neck lift patient of mine just a few months out from surgery. She wanted a more refined bridge and tip with more rotation to her droopy tip. We improved her tip bulbosity, decreased the size of the bridge, and conservatively turned up her nose. We did this all without external incisions! For her neck, we removed the superficial layer and deep layer of fat, while tightening an important muscle in the neck through a small incision under her chin. She looks and feels amazing, and I’m proud to have been part of her journey!
