Immediate on table results for this awesome 26 year old man who wanted to improve the size and shape of his nose and specifically address his hump. We removed a large hump and reconstructed the bridge to avoid future collapse and breathing issues. We also improved his tip size and roundness without rotating the tip.

- Closed subperichondrial dissection
- Septoplasty for grafting purposes and to improve breathing
- Composite dorsal hump takedown
- Bilateral lateral crural turn-in flaps
- Columellar strut
- Bilateral medial notching and lateral high-low-high osteotomies
