Another wonderful immediate on table result. This patient wanted to refine and lift her tip and get rid of a small hump on the bridge of her nose. We performed this in a scarless fashion. Can’t wait to see how she looks over the next few weeks/months!

- Scarless supraperichondrial dissection
- Septoplasty for grafting purposes and to improve breathing
- Component dorsal hump takedown
- Bilateral turn in flaps
- Bilateral lateral crural steal
- Bilateral medial notching and lateral high-low-high osteotomies
- Cartilage paste for dorsal camouflage
