Patient 25

It was so wonderful to see this beautiful young patient of ours after her revision rhinoplasty! Her initial rhinoplasty had left her tip deviated, pinched, and unnatural. She also had a slight pollybeak deformity because a portion of her septum wasn’t refined. She wanted a natural result and came to me for a revision rhinoplasty. We improved the balance of her nose and also helped her breathe better at the same time. We improved her tip asymmetry, refined her bridge, and improved her profile greatly.
Techniques used:
- Open subperichondrial dissection
- Septoplasty for grafting purposes and to improve breathing
- Component dorsal hump takedown
- Bilateral lateral crural strut grafts
- Unilateral spreader graft
- Bilateral medial notching and lateral high-low-high osteotomies
- Cartilage paste for dorsal camouflage
Wonderful results for this fantastic patient. She is thrilled with her results and happy she chose us for this part of her journey!
