Immediate on table rhinoplasty results for this beautiful young woman who wanted a more refined nose. Her tip was droopy and her hump further created an illusion that her tip pointed downward. We performed an open rhinoplasty to achieve her results and also narrowed her nostrils to balance her face. She is healing well at this point and will see her back in the office for cast removal shortly!

- Bilateral lateral crural steal
- Bilateral lateral crural strut grafts
- Bilateral medial notching and lateral high-low-high osteotomies
