Another beautiful on-table result for this wonderful patient of mine. She wanted a more refined bridge and tip. She also wanted to lift her tip as it was too droopy. We performed a SCARLESS rhinoplasty to achieve this. She will have a wonderful result after her cast comes off and swelling slowly subsides.

Techniques used:

  • Scarless closed supraperichondrial dissection
  • Component dorsal hump takedown
  • Bilateral lateral crural steal
  • Bilateral medial notching and lateral high-low-high osteotomies
  • Cartilage paste for dorsal camouflage
